Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Perishable goods, opened consumables, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the return shipping.
