Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@primepawspets.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
